What is HCE?

HCE house logoSauk County Home & Community Education (HCE) is the largest women's organization in Sauk County. Organized as the Wisconsin Extension Homemakers in the 1930's, Sauk County now has 17 clubs and more than 220 members. Goals of HCE are to: 1) keep up-to-date on subject matter relating to home and family; 2) learn about our communities and carry out programs that may improve those communities; and 3) share in the good fellowship and friendliness of the organization. One of the projects that HCE has committed to that improves communities is the Wisconsin Bookworm program.
