Sauk County Institute of Leadership (SCIL)
The Sauk County Institute
of Leadership (SCIL) is a 9 month leadership development program
consisting of an initial 2 day retreat followed by one day workshops
and a graduation dinner. The SCIL sessions are typically held throughout
Sauk county on the second Thursday of each month from September
to May. Each session will focus on a different aspect of community
leadership. SCIL brings together potential leaders from various
segments of the community in a program that encourages and prepares
participants for assuming leadership roles in the places of employment
and in the Sauk County community.
If you live or work
in the Sauk County area and you are interested in bettering yourself
and your community, SCIL may be for you! The Sauk County Institute
of Leadership has openings limited to 20 people who represent
a variety of backgrounds and interests. The cost of the program
is $425.00 per participant. It may be paid by the participant,
employer, sponsor, or from a combination of sources. Limited scholarship
assistance is available based on financial need.
