The Sauk County Livestock Committee is comprised of one youth voting representative from each Sauk County 4-H Club, FFA Chapter, and breed organization. Eight elected adults serve as adult advisors and voting members of the committee. The current Past President of the Sauk County 4-H Senior Leaders serves as the committee chair.

The Livestock Committee meets three times per year. All meetings are open to any interested individual.
The next Livestock Committee meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in room B-30 of the West Square Building, Baraboo.
The next Meat Animal Sale Committee meeting will be January 15th at 7:00 PM at Nagel's Stock Farm
