Sauk County’s 17th annual “Get Ready…Get Set…Garden!” event will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017, from 8:30 – 2:30 PM, at the West Square Building in Baraboo. This popular conference is sponsored by Sauk County UW-Extension, HCE (Home Community Education) and Master Gardeners.
It features classes, an optional lunch, fresh baked goods, vendors, a plant sale and the Master Gardeners popular silent auction. Most classes cost around $10 with the proceeds benefitting HCE scholarships to local students.
The day features three educational sessions ranging from how to grow garlic to the benefits of lavender to how to throw your own garden party.
